Erin Stark Interiors provides full-service interior design for new construction, large-scale renovations and full-scale home furnishings. With emphasis on attention to detail, we provide our clients with 3D visualizations and expert guidance throughout each phase of the project. From initial design concepts, to final execution of your home, we will manage each step to ensure a personalized and elevated design.
To begin your design journey, we offer a complimentary introductory call to discuss your design needs. Once we establish project details, we can provide a formal proposal that outlines pricing, timeline, and deliverables.
Design Development
In this phase, we will establish the overall design direction through moodboards, floor plans, space planning, preliminary material selections, elevations and initial renderings. Each design element is thoroughly and thoughtfully curated with your unique design needs in mind. We will begin to incorporate preliminary finish selections and furnishings into the design, as well as initial 3D renderings. These 3D visualizations help us communicate the design direction and ensure each design element is perfectly crafted for your lifestyle.
Design Execution
We will work together to refine the design and finalize all selections and design elements. We will manage ordering of all selections, including materials and furnishings. Working directly with contractors and tradespeople, we will oversee each phase of the process to ensure proper execution of the plans, on time and within our designated budget.
Design Completion
This is the most exciting phase of the process, where we get to see our vision come to life. We will ensure all design and construction details are buttoned up and ready for you to enjoy! With home furnishings services, we will provide installation of all furniture and decor as well as photography of your beautiful home!
